Terms of Service

These are our terms and conditions of service. These terms govern your use of this site and set out our terms of service that apply in relation to any purchases that you make here.

Who We Are

Reptile Pet Supplies and the domain name www.reptilepetsupplies.co.uk are trading names of Blu Fort Limited. Our company number is 05432133. Our registered address is 15 Searle Close, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 9BG. 

Delivery of Purchases

All orders received on a weekday before 1pm will be dispatched the same day provided that they are in Stock. Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday. Delivery periods are estimates as delays do some times happen. We do not accept any liability for compensation in the event of a delivery taking longer than the expected time for delivery.
If an item is out of stock you will be notified. Any item that is out of stock will be dispatched as soon as it is back in stock.
If any purchase is not received within 14 days please contact us and we will offer you a refund or a credit voucher to use for an alternative purchase.

Any damages to items purchased from us must be reported within 24 hours of them being delivered.
Where an item is to be delivered by courier the courier will attempt to deliver the item twice after that you will have to pick the purchase up from the courier depot which will be notified to you on the courier card. We use Amtrack who have a large network of depots across the UK.

Cancelation Policy

In accordance with our obligations under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel any purchase within 7 working days of making the purchase. If you wish to cancel a purchase please contact us before returning the product.

Any purchase that is to be returned must be un-used and returned in perfect condition to our address. Please contact us for our returns adderss.

Any product being returned must be returned by either Recorded Delivery or by Courier and must be suitably wrapped to avoid damage in transit. You are liable for any damage sustained to a product during delivery to us.

Liability

Our liability to you shall not exceed the price of the item purchased to which any claim relates. In the event that a product is damaged to you during delivery we will replace the product at no cost to you and shall arrange for the collection of the damaged purchase.
