It is very important to maintain the humidity levels in your reptile's enclosure, especially whilst they are sheddin, by adding some moist substrate to their enclosure you can ensure that they have a stress free, comfortable shed. It is a good idea to pop some into their hiding cave to shed in privacy as some reptiles can be a bit grumpy when they are shedding!
