ProRep Sedge Peat

Prorep sedge peat is ideal for various reptiles from humid habitats including those burrowing species. It is made from decomposing sedges, marsh grasses and reeds and has a great capacity for moisture retention and structure to encourage natural burrowing behaviours. Available in two sizes, 5 litre and 10 litre. Pro rep sedge peat should be spot cleaned regularly for soiling and replaced every two to three months. Non burrowing species need about 5cm of sedge peat to line the bottom of the enclosure; burrowing species will need 10cm in order to be able to construct their burrows.
