We know that once purchased you will want to get your hands on your new purchase(s) as quickly as possible :-) To achieve that we ship all orders received before 5pm the very next day. Where we can we will dispatch an order the same day if recieved before 1pm Monday to Friday. This means that you can be assured of getting your order within 24 hours if ordered by courier. If not ordered by courier then you should get it within 48 hours but Royal Mail can take up to 3 working days.
Our Shipping Options
We offer 3 options for maximum flexibility:
1. Courier via Amtrack
Our courier partner is Amtrack. They provide a next day delivery service. Orders are generally shipped the same day unless recieved after 1pm. The cost of the courier is £5.95. However on all orders over £50 shipping by courier is included for free.
2. Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
For a small fee you can select Recorded delivery to guarantee the delivery of your purchase. Standard Royal Mail is fairly reliable but we cannot guarantee delivery and the purchase(s) which areposted at your risk once purchased. For absolute peace of mind we recommend that you at least go for Recorded Delivery if your purchase is below £50.
3. Royal Mail First Class Post
Royal Mail First Class post is fairly reliable these days and the risk of your purchase going astray in the post is small. However, just to be safe we recommend Recorded Delivery. Don't forget that if your purchase is above £50 then shipping is free and by courier!
Free shipping on all orders over £50
For all orders over £50 shipping is included free and will be sent by courier to make sure you get your purchase as quick as possible. On orders under £50 you can select for your purchase to be sent by courier but we do charge a courier fee of £5.95
Please note Vivariums are excluding from are shipping promotion and will be charged at our standard courier fee of £5.95
*** Frozen Foods***
Please note any frozen foods ordered after 1pm on a Thursday will be dispatched first thing on a Monday due to the risk of items defrosting over the weekend.
