Flightless Fruit Fly Cultures, once established, are a constant source of livefood for your young mantis, small reptile or amphibian.

These are not an immediate food supply however and can take some time to establish. To increase output from the culture leave in a warm place, to slow down move it to a cooler environment. Spray weekly with a little water. Will produce several thousand flies.

Curly wing Flies are a larger flightless fly making them ideal for larger reptiles and amphibians. It is important to offer your pet a varied diet so try these in place of crickets. See below for details.
