Euro Rep Daylight Spot Lamps

This daylight bulb is top of the range and like many of the rest of the Euro range, it’s specifically designed for a diverse range of reptile.  It comes in the 60W or the 100W variety and should be chosen carefully in relation to the type of reptile being cared for and the size of the vivarium it inhabits.

The daylight bulb is designed to emit a high powered light source in one particular area of the vivarium; preferably one that the reptile will feel comfortable in and one in which it is happy to bask during the daylight hours.

It is very important to naturalise your reptile’s habitat so the introduction of a different bulb for the daylight hours is an excellent idea, and it allows your reptile to differentiate between the hours of the day and night a bit easier.  The more you can do to make the environment better for your reptile, the nicer and more fulfilled life it will have.
