How to Order our Products

Ordering your products from us here at ReptilePetSupplies.co.uk is very straight forward. 

Choose your products.

We have a great range of reptile supplies and accessories. You just have to choose what you want. Then simply add your chosen product to your basket. Then choose whether you want to continue shopping for other products or proceed to the checkout to complete your purchase.

Proceed to our checkout

Once you have finished shopping simply proceed to our checkout to complete your order and make payment. When you reach the checkout you will be asked to login or, create an account if you have never shopped here before. It is necessary to create an account so that we can credit it with the points you will earn. If your a returning customer you can redeem points previously earned and you won't need to re-input your details. We use Sage Pay as our primary merchant payment processor but we also use PayPal and Google checkout which you can use if you prefer.

Shipping your purchase to you

We provide free shipping on orders over £50 and all orders over £50 are sent by next day courier. For orders under £50 we provide 3 shipping options. These are First Class Royal Mail post, Recorded Delivery Royal Mail Post or direct courier using our courier partner Amtrack. All couriered orders will be sure to reach you the next day if the order is placed before 2pm, Royal Mail postal delivery may take between 2 and 3 working days.
